Your Role and Responsibilities 📞💻

As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing expert assistance and support for all their delivery-related needs. Your main responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for every user. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Greece.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., phone, chat, email – specific channels will be detailed during training) to provide support in Dutch.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address a wide range of customer inquiries, including order status, delivery issues, payment questions, account management, and general platform assistance.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to customer concerns, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and reflects positively on the brand.
  • Information Provision: Clearly communicate platform policies, procedures, and service offerings to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with remote team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive resolution process.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about platform products, services, features, and any operational updates to provide the most current and relevant information to customers.

Candidate Profile 💡

We are looking for individuals who are not only fluent in the required languages but also possess a genuine passion for customer service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • Dutch Fluency: Native or C2 level equivalent proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective and empathetic communication with customers.
  • English Proficiency: A professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for internal communication, training, and navigating internal tools and documentation.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Empathy & Patience: High level of empathy, patience, and a positive demeanor to handle diverse customer situations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing workloads and priorities.
  • Remote Work Capability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
  • Technical Readiness: Access to a stable internet connection. All necessary equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) will be provided by the company.
  • Location: You must reside in Greece and possess valid legal documents allowing you to live and work in the European Union/Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or the online delivery industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or online delivery platforms.
