You’ll partner with a wide range of clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth onboarding experience and get the most out of our cutting-edge software solutions. - Act as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions, expertly guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post-onboarding process.
- Engage in Face-to-face customer meetings in order to promote the adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of a variety of products and advise clients on the best practices and optimization strategies
- Track key customer lifecycle milestones, from onboarding to license activation, ensuring user engagement and goal achievement.
- Accurately record client interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- Support clients with effectively triaging and resolving troubleshooting tickets.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM;
- Remote role
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence in engaging clients during face-to-face virtual interactions.
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles would be considered as an advantage.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently under deadlines.
