Job Title: Customer service specialist in the automotive industry with Italian Job Description The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Our requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.

  • The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
