Level 2 IT Support - Remote Support

You will provide Level 2 IT support across a remote mining operation, supporting users with day-to-day technical issues and ensuring reliable IT services across site. You will work closely with the broader IT function, with training and support provided to help you succeed in the role.

You will work on a 4/3 roster, Tuesday to Friday, BIBO Townsville. For candidates based in Brisbane, an 8/6 roster may be available. This is a permanent opportunity for the right person, supporting a lean site-based IT function.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 technical support to site-based users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues
• Monitor and maintain site IT infrastructure and network services
• Escalate complex technical issues where required
• Support users across a remote mining environment
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions

About you
• Strong Level 2 IT support capability in a remote environment
• Proven networking experience and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with site teams
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
