Customer Success / Concierge Specialist | Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create domain-specific deliverables based on common concierge-related requests

• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve research quality

• Diagnose and solve real-world operational challenges within your professional domain

• Support research and infrastructure initiatives for next-generation machine learning systems

• Work independently in a flexible remote environment with self-managed scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in concierge services or hospitality operations

• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills

• Ability to create structured, high-quality professional deliverables

• Strong attention to detail and peer review capabilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment
