As a Systems Analyst I – EPIC Billing, you will play a key role on a cross-functional team, gaining exposure to multiple Epic applications through cross-training opportunities. This position provides a strong foundation for career growth and development by expanding your knowledge and supporting various IT operational areas. In this role, you will learn to build and maintain within the Epic Resolute module, manage routine services and incidents, and perform daily maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Help our teams stay connected, up to date and equipped with the groundbreaking tools and technologies that are changing lives. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support.
  • Provide input to develop solutions.
  • Assist with project assignments and documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and collaborative communications.
  • Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support, including on-call responsibilities.
  • Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation.
  • Demonstrate, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration.
  • Support development of information system requirements including process and documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Maintain user confidence.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications
  • Experience in a healthcare environment

  • Will be required to frequently move or box: workstations, monitors, printers and peripherals up to 75 pounds with the use of a two-wheeled cart or dolly.
  • May occasionally be required to transport equipment in personal vehicle.
  • Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
  • Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting and manual dexterity to operate computer.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
