Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communication, and performing data entry tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing social media accounts, assisting with project management, and preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills such as schedule management, meeting organization, and communication handling
- Experience with data entry, report preparation, and presentation creation
- Social media management and project management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
