The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by acting as a strategic partner to Choozle’s clients. This role focuses on helping clients achieve their advertising goals, maximizing the value of the Choozle platform, and fostering long-term relationships that drive revenue and business impact. Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 Location: Must be located in the U.S. & eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Guide clients through the lifecycle of their campaigns, from onboarding to execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations to improve results, efficiency, and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Media, and Technical Support, to ensure clients’ needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client adoption of Choozle’s platform and features
  • Proactively monitor client health metrics and implement strategies to prevent churn
  • Educate clients on industry trends, programmatic best practices, and platform updates to empower smarter advertising decisions
  • Manage escalations with professionalism, ensuring client issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in digital advertising or ad tech.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad platforms (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Marketing Platform, Xandr, Facebook Ads, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights to clients
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solver mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions
  • Passionate about client success and creating value through meaningful partnerships
