Working As a Business Analyst, You Will

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams within the Private Banking & Wealth Management area
• Convert high-level business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver a consistent and comprehensive banking offering
• Translate complex business rules into clear guidance for developers and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze data to support decision-making and validate proposed solutions
• Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented and well-structured

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial institutions (experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and managing product backlogs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a business-focused approach
• Ability to understand end-to-end banking products and define strong value propositions for Private Banking clients
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
