Jr. Epic MyChart Help Desk/ Support Analyst (PST Time) - $20/hr Max Rate100% Remote6 Months Contract (till Dec 2026)Job Description:We are looking for an Epic MyChart Support Analyst to provide remote support for MyChart-related issues and user inquiries. The candidate should have prior experience supporting Epic MyChart workflows, resolving user issues, documenting tickets, and coordinating with internal teams when required.Experience Required: 1–3 years of relevant experience required.Must-Have Skill:

• Hands-on experience with Epic MyChart support is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Epic MyChart-related issues and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic MyChart access, workflow, and functionality issues.
• Document all support activities, issue details, and resolutions accurately.
• Coordinate with technical or application teams for escalations when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with users and internal stakeholders.
• Work as per Pacific Time schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Epic MyChart support or related healthcare application support.
• MyChart experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and follow Pacific Time working hours.
• Basic understanding of healthcare support processes.
