As they continue to expand in Europe, they are looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Success Manager with a technical background to ensure customers successfully adopt and maximise the value of their solutions.
What Success Looks Like....
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for enterprise customers across Germany and DACH regions, leading them through a journey of successful product adoption and long-term value realisation. You will serve as their trusted advisor, helping them navigate complex security challenges while ensuring strong retention and satisfaction.
- Own Customer Happiness & Retention - Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including senior executives, ensuring they achieve their security and business objectives.
- Product & Industry Expertise - Leverage your technical background to guide customers through the deployment and adoption of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
- Proactive Account Management - Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement, identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
- Strategic Orchestration - Act as the quarterback of the customer experience, collaborating across support, product, and sales teams to drive outstanding results.
- Advocate for Customers - Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback that shapes product development and service improvements.
Who You Are
- Fluent in German and English – Ability to manage enterprise customers across Germany and the DACH region.
- Technical Background - Experience in cybersecurity, network security, etc would be ideal (but not essential).
- Customer Success Expertise - Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or technical consulting role, managing enterprise accounts.
- Relationship Builder - Strong ability to engage with both technical teams and C-suite executives, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Thinker & Problem-Solver - You proactively anticipate challenges, align internal teams, and drive results for your customers.
