Responsibilities of our HR Advisor:
- provide expert advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, employee relations, employment law and subsequent case work
- demonstrate a solution focused approach and ensure that managers receive timely, compliant and consistent advice and guidance
- act as a role model and demonstrate our values in all aspects of your work

- Bringing together expertise across Business Partnering, Employee Relations, HR Systems and People Operations, we deliver a seamless, high-quality people service

- CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification
- Excellent understanding of employment law
- A proven background of employee relations case work, managing all case types from start to finish and managing multiple cases at any given time
- Experience of providing day-to-day HR advice and support in a large, multi-site and multi-functional organisation
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and engage effectively with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders
