This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at DrWell but also with the opportunity to travel at least once per month, visiting our provider practices to help with practice success. The Customer Service Specialist will work under our Customer Service Manager and be responsible for providing support to our providers (providers will continue to provide customer service to their own patients!), ensuring satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Tasks include handling customer inquiries, creating subscription packages, resolving issues between provider and pharmacy, and maintaining a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
Excellent communication and listening skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
