Role Description The Online Business & Lifestyle Mentor role is a remote position focused on guiding clients in designing aligned lifestyles and building sustainable online businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting mentoring sessions, developing individualized business and lifestyle plans, and supporting clients in their mindset, identity, and emotional resilience. The mentor will help clients identify modern self-employment pathways, clarify goals, and establish practical strategies for income generation and intentional living. Additional tasks include creating educational resources, facilitating online group trainings or workshops, and collaborating on brand communication and storytelling that reflect the platform’s values.

Qualifications

• Business Planning and Small Business skills to support clients in designing and growing sustainable online ventures.
• Mentoring and Training skills to guide clients through personal transformation, skill development, and implementation of strategies.
• Finance skills to help clients understand revenue models, budgeting, and basic financial planning for self-employment.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities, with capacity to discuss emotionally rich topics in a respectful, supportive way.
• Experience in online business, coaching, or mentoring, preferably within personal development, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
• Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage sessions across multiple time zones.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental support that respects diverse identities, backgrounds, and life paths.
