Study Support Advisor

Location - Remote within the UK

Salary - £30,000 depending on experience

Contract - Full time/ permanent

The British Safety Council, a leading organisation in occupational health, safety and wellbeing, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Study Support Advisor to join our Education team. What you will do:

• Deliver expert remote support to students on health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental courses
• Engage learners via webinars, forums and social media
• Create and maintain inclusive, engaging, and accessible resources
• Help students succeed with a personalised, high-quality learning experience
• Play a key role in maintaining our industry-leading pass rates
• Collaborate with the Education team to develop course content and maintain technical accuracy

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2–3 years’ experience teaching health & safety courses (IOSH courses)
• Holds the NEBOSH National General Certificate qualifications, Level 3 Award in Education and/or Training (AET) or equivalent (e.g., PTLLS)
• Experience in teaching NEBOSH Certificate level courses (Desirable)
• Is passionate about inclusive learning, student engagement, and continuous improvement
• Can confidently use webinar platforms and digital learning tools
• Thrives in a remote working environment and enjoys working independently
