Remote Call Center Agent

Availability is crucial for this position; The chosen candidate(s) must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Sunday. POSITION DETAILS:

• Answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries and providing information.
• Providing superior customer service to the citizens of British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
• A minimum of 6 months of call centre experience.
• Must have high speed ethernet internet connection that match company standards.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems.
