Are you our next Clinical Sales & Application Specialist?
We are looking for a Clinical Sales & Application Specialist to support our continued development within the Italian homecare market.
In this customer-facing role, you will combine your clinical expertise with a strong commercial mindset to help healthcare professionals, homecare providers and other partners understand and successfully use Breas products and solutions. You will act as an important link between clinical practice, sales, marketing and customer support, contributing to both positive patient outcomes and sustainable business growth.
The position is home-based, and you can be located anywhere in Italy. Regular travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe is an important part of the role.
Main Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, homecare providers, distributors and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver product training, clinical education, demonstrations and application support.
- Support sales activities by communicating the clinical value of our products and identifying customer needs and market opportunities.
- Represent Breas at customer meetings, conferences and other professional events.
You are a structured, organised and self-driven person who enjoys taking ownership of your work. As you will work independently within Italy while collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries, you are comfortable balancing autonomy with teamwork.
You are open-minded, adaptable and able to build trusted relationships with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds. You communicate clinical and technical information in a clear and engaging way and understand how to adapt your approach to different audiences.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- A clinical background and at least five years of relevant experience within respiratory care, homecare, sleep medicine, critical care or a similar field.
- Experience from the homecare market and a good understanding of both clinical and commercial perspectives.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, together with the ability to organise and manage your work independently.
- Fluency in Italian and a good professional level of English. French or German is an advantage.

The position offers a home-based working arrangement, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Breas and build relationships with customers and partners throughout Italy.
The annual base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of €60,000-€80,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.
In addition, the position is eligible for participation in Breas' annual sales incentive plan with a target incentive opportunity of 15% of base salary.
