Job DescriptionWeekend coverage will be required, sometimes. Contract length: 12 months Start date: ASAP We’re looking for a Community Support Specialist to join Reddit’s Community Support Team, with a primary focus on handling ticketed support requests from our community of moderators. You’ll resolve a range of issues efficiently, escalate complex problems appropriately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in moderator support experiences. Your secondary focus will be providing ticketed support for Reddit Users for non-technical support issues. Requires a 2nd European language (French, Italian, Spanish or German) and experience being a mod on Reddit. Key Services to Provide: Create tailored local content seeding strategy, identifying target subreddits, engagement tactics, and community dynamics. Curate and create compelling content, adapting it for diverse communities while maintaining authenticity. Engage with local Reddit communities, strategically seeding content to drive organic growth and meaningful interactions. Stay informed about trending topics, discussions, and emerging trends within your market and ensure they are well-represented on the platform. Analyze the performance of content seeding efforts. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategies for greater impact.
