About the role

What We Need

Brady Corporation is seeking a forward-thinking Global Account Manager (GAM) to serve as the ultimate business owner dedicated to one of our premier global enterprise accounts. This role is accountable for driving profitable revenue growth, maximizing share of wallet, and maintaining long-term customer loyalty with a strategic, industry-leading partner worldwide.

As the central conductor for this account, you will orchestrate a unified global strategy, aligning internal cross-functional resources to deliver a harmonized, high-value experience across the customer’s entire global footprint. Experience with Anti-Counterfeit and Security Labeling Solutions is strongly preferred. This is a remote role based in the U.S.

What You'll Be Doing

Global Account Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Design and implement a cohesive global enterprise strategy that standardizes Brady’s value proposition, ensures a consistent customer experience, and aligns directly with the account's global business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep, multi-level relationships throughout the customer's global organization—from key operational, procurement, and R&D stakeholders to executive C-suite leadership—to ensure long-term strategic alignment.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer within Brady, championing their technical and operational requirements while leveraging internal resources to support their worldwide footprint.

Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Orchestrate large-scale, complex enterprise sales opportunities across multiple regions, coordinating cross-functional internal teams to present unified solutions and win strategic deals.
  • Identify and capture maximum share of wallet across the account's global footprint, focusing commercial efforts on high-margin growth opportunities.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across Brady’s full portfolio, including Product Identification (PWID), Visual Workplace Solutions (VWS), and specialized Anti-Counterfeit and Security Labeling Solutions across all Brady platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and govern a multi-regional pricing structure that provides consistency and value for the customer while protecting Brady’s profitability.
  • Spearhead the negotiation and management of global supply agreements, master service agreements, and commercial contracts, securing favorable terms that sustain a profitable, multi-year partnership.

Value Chain Orchestration & Technical Integration

  • Proactively engage with the customer’s R&D, design, and engineering teams to embed Brady’s security, identification, and labeling solutions at the specification phase, establishing Brady as the preferred global standard.
  • Map and manage the customer’s entire global value chain—from initial product design and engineering specification through manufacturing, contract manufacturing partners (CMs), and end-user distribution.
  • Partner with commodity, technical, and product teams to ensure that "spec-in" wins are seamlessly communicated, commercialized, and executed throughout the customer's regional procurement networks and global operational sites.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Global Account Management, Strategic Enterprise Sales, or Commercial Leadership within a B2B environment serving global technology, electronics, or OEM customers.
  • Domain Expertise: Preferred experience in Anti-Counterfeit and Security Labeling Solutions, brand protection, or high-reliability functional labeling applications.
  • Global Commercial Execution: Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar strategic accounts across international geographies, with deep expertise in cross-border execution, multi-regional contract negotiation, and regional business nuances.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven track record in executing account-specific go-to-market strategies, mapping complex competitive landscapes, and driving growth across extended supply chains.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Modern mindset with the ability to integrate AI productivity tools and analytics into daily workflows to optimize strategic account planning and account management efficiency.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50%–70% based on business and account needs.

Salary Range: $135,500 - $196,000/Year
