Location: Remote (covering South East region)

Are you a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment? Join our Flooring Division as an Area Sales Manager and take ownership of driving growth across the South East.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve and exceed targets: Deliver on sales and margin objectives for your area, contributing to global company goals.
  • Build strong relationships: Maintain regular contact with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive new business: Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers to grow market share.
  • Provide technical expertise: Advise customers on product suitability, attend trials, and support training with our technical team.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with technical and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Plan strategically: Develop prospect lists and call plans, adapting to customer needs and providing quarterly updates to your manager.
  • Deliver insights: Host quarterly review meetings with key customers, presenting actionable insights via professional presentations.
  • Ensure cash flow: Monitor ordering and payment activity, taking action to expedite overdue accounts.
  • Represent the brand: Attend meetings, seminars, and events to promote our products and enhance company reputation.
