Beth's Beautiful Destinations is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to coordinate onboarding, ongoing value, customer milestones, and proactive follow-up with accurate account context. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
Company context: Hands-on personalized travel planning designed to reduce booking stress across cruises, resorts, theme parks, flights, hotels, groups, and celebrations. The work touches traveler requests, itinerary details, supplier confirmations, booking records, and follow-up tasks. In practical terms, the role should make reducing travel-planning stress easier to coordinate, verify, and follow through without losing the source or current status.
What You'll Do
- Document the customer's goals, approved scope, contacts, milestones, dependencies, and measures of a successful start.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks and handoffs so customers receive the correct information, access, and next step on time.
- Maintain a current account record covering progress, questions, feedback, risks, commitments, and unresolved actions.
- Review usage, service, booking, event, or engagement signals appropriate to the account and identify where clarification may help.
- Bring product, service, billing, support, or operational issues to the correct owner without losing the customer's history.
In this Customer Success Specialist role, success means customers understand the next milestone, onboarding work has clear ownership, risks are visible early, and every commitment can be traced to an accurate account record. Work should be accurate enough to review, documented enough to continue, and timely enough that avoidable delay is visible before it becomes a customer or operating problem.
What You Bring
- Strong onboarding, relationship, milestone, and account-record coordination.
- Proactive communication that remains factual and respects the limits of the role.
- Ability to recognize risk signals and coordinate the right internal follow-up.
- Organized use of CRM, task, meeting-note, and remote collaboration tools.
Full-time. Associate level. 100% remote within the United States. Base compensation: $38,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools; reliable internet access and secure handling of company or customer information are required.
