Beagle is exclusively working on behalf of a global retail design, visual merchandising and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Account Director who will drive business growth and develop strategic client relationships across the European beauty and retail market.
Working with established beauty brands and retailers, you'll combine business development, account management and project delivery to turn client concepts into successful retail solutions.
The role:
- Develop new business and grow key client accounts across the UK and Europe.
- Build relationships with leading beauty brands, retailers and agencies.
- Manage projects from initial brief through to development and delivery.
- Lead proposals, tenders, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful projects.
What we're looking for:
You must have proven experience in beauty, retail design, retail fixtures, POS/POP, visual merchandising, shopfitting or branded environments.
You'll also bring:
- A strong understanding of the prestige beauty retail market.
- Experience in business development and strategic account management.
- Excellent commercial, project management and stakeholder skills.
