  • 2+ years of experience in finance, fintech, consulting or venture capital
  • Excellent listening skills and an energetic, professional presence on calls and Zoom
  • A genuine curiosity about understanding the unique challenges of different business verticals
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Resilience and grit
  • Problem-solver who navigates the unknown confidently
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings
  • Relentless about continuous career growth
  • Incredibly intelligent and clever

Responsibilities

  • Be the ultimate relationship builder
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and client teams, gaining deeper insights into their pain points and feedback
  • Drive revenue by identifying opportunities for expansion, renewals, retention, referrals and overall growth
  • Collaborate with the team to thoroughly understand customers' workflows, pain points, priorities, and obstacles, ensuring a smooth and complete ongoing relationship
  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships to generate new opportunities and referrals
  • Contribute to the overall strategy of the team by creating new processes and ideas to drive success
  • Work directly with CEO and co-founders to scale business 🤝

Salary Range $55k – $95k, Plus Commission | Equity: 0.05% – 0.25%
