We’re looking for a warm, service-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure every customer feels cared for.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Deliver exceptional service that leaves customers feeling supported during an often stressful time in their parenting journey.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping, deliveries, and product parts.
  • Collaborate with vendors (including UPPAbaby, Nuna, FedEx, Freight Club, and others) to find timely, effective solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Represent the Bambi Baby brand with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Schedule

  • Remote position with set hours during the week.
  • Weekend availability is required to support peak customer needs.

Compensation

  • Pay range: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Familiarity with baby gear brands (UPPAbaby, Nuna, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask across channels (calls, chats, social media).
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with vendors and colleagues.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Sellercloud, Gorgias, or Sprout Social is a strong bonus.
