Your Responsibilities
You’ll own the client relationship, acting as the bridge between the client’s vision and the team’s execution. From managing timelines to delivering status updates, you’ll make sure everyone stays aligned and on track. You’ll oversee multiple projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and above expectations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading client communications with professionalism and clarity.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet the client’s vision and objectives.
Managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets to keep everything on track.
Proactively identifying risks and finding solutions before they become issues.
Analyzing campaign performance and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ industries and goals, ensuring you’re always one step ahead in providing value.
