We’re growing fast and looking for a Client Success Manager to own outcomes for a portfolio of clients, run campaigns end to end, and help us scale delivery.

The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone strong on both strategy and execution. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients from onboarding to results - creating cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, optimising performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll work directly with tools like Clay for lead research and enrichment and Smartlead for cold email delivery and outreach execution.

Importantly, your earnings will be tied to client results and portfolio growth. The more clients you manage effectively and the more revenue Avorius helps them generate, the more you earn.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Client Delivery

  • Build, launch, and optimise cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programs
  • Use Clay to research, enrich, and segment target leads
  • Use Smartlead to execute, track, and optimise cold email campaigns
  • Bonus: Manage or support paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) if experienced

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
  • Lead onboarding, strategy calls, performance reviews, and ongoing communication
  • Maintain high retention through proactive delivery, reporting, and problem-solving

Performance & Results

  • Hit campaign targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated, reply rates, revenue impact)
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep accounts healthy

Systems & Team

  • Contribute to improving delivery processes and templates
  • Mentor GTM engineers and campaign specialists as the team grows

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000 AUD
  • Performance bonuses: Tied directly to client outcomes (meetings booked, pipeline generated, retention)
  • Revenue share: A portion of Avorius’ revenue share from client performance is passed on to you - meaning your income grows as your clients grow.
  • Portfolio-based upside: As you manage more clients and maintain strong results, your total compensation increases proportionally.
  • OTE: $120,000 - $180,000+ AUD annually, with no hard cap for top performers.

Requirements

  • Based in Australia or New Zealand, working remotely with high accountability
  • 1-3+ years of experience in outbound or GTM roles (agency or B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy - cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proficient in Clay (lead research/enrichment) and Smartlead (campaign execution)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to lead accounts end to end
  • Bonus: Experience with paid ads and other tools like Apollo, n8n, Make, and common CRMs (Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
