We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our client's Amazon accounts across U.S. and international marketplaces. This fully remote role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage product listings, maintain strong account health, and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations on Amazon.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage our client’s Amazon Seller Central accounts across the U.S. and additional international marketplaces;
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings — including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords (provided by our team);
- Handle all Seller Support communication by opening, tracking, and resolving cases (blocked products, technical issues, incorrect listings, and more);
- Monitor Account Health and ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and performance standards;
- Manage customer communication on Amazon, including messages, inquiries, and reviews;
- Optimize listings using relevant keywords, backend search terms, and SEO best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central;
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for Seller Support and customer correspondence;
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote tasks effectively;
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-language or international e-commerce marketplaces;
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaign management;
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or similar analytics platforms.
