Senior SAP Datasphere Consultant - Full remote (F/M)

Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior SAP Datasphere Consultant (he/she) for our client from the pharmaceutical industry. Additional Information The role focuses on designing and developing data models in SAP Datasphere using data from multiple sources such as SAP BW/4HANA and Snowflake. The person in this position is responsible for integrating, transforming, and preparing financial data for analytics and reporting tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot. A key part of the role involves supporting the migration of existing BI/BW solutions to a modern cloud-based Datasphere environment. The position also requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and AI teams to deliver consistent and high-quality data for financial reporting and planning processes. Additionally, the role includes ensuring data governance, compliance with enterprise standards, and the stability of solutions within a global corporate environment. Offered salary Salary: from 1200 to 1300 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have strong experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and enterprise data modeling
• Understand data integration and transformation processes across complex cloud environments
• Are confident working with Snowflake, SQL, and analytical data platforms
• Have experience supporting finance, reporting, or planning solutions in global organizations
• Can collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Take ownership of solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and support
• Are comfortable working in Agile/DevOps environments and adapting to dynamic business needs

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing analytical data models in SAP Datasphere using data from multiple enterprise sources
• Integrating, transforming, and validating data to support financial reporting, planning, and analytics processes
• Supporting the migration of existing SAP BW/BI solutions into modern cloud-based architectures
• Collaborating with Finance stakeholders, AI teams, and platform teams to deliver reliable and business-ready datasets
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards across the analytics environment
• Supporting analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot by providing optimized data models
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting critical business periods when required
