We’re looking for driven, curious, and customer-obsessed professionals to join our Client Success team. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and technology partners. Your goal is to drive measurable success, optimise technology adoption, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic client engagements and business reviews.
  • Create and deliver tailored roadmaps and value realisation plans for both ARZO and our partner’s clients.
  • Guide clients through change, adoption, and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate across delivery, consulting, and partner teams to align on goals.
  • Solve business problems and support clients to achieve their business objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or solution consulting in the CX Domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster trusted advisor relationships across various levels of the organisation.
  • Deep understanding of CX, Contact Centre Operations, and CCaaS/technology landscapes.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
