Our clients rely on us to help them navigate complex regulations, launch and maintain compliant services, and streamline operations in an ever-evolving industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Success Manager (CSM) to drive revenue from new and existing clients, while providing ongoing client support.

Position Summary

The Client Success Manager is responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent client service. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, effectively communicate the value of our services, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client acquisition, retention, and expansion, while also contributing to the refinement of our sales processes and materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on our comprehensive scope of services.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our offerings, clearly articulating their benefits and value proposition.
  • Drive the sales cycle from initial contact through to successful close, consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, collecting necessary documentation and signed agreements as required
  • Conduct weekly sales pipeline meetings with leadership team to discuss new business opportunities, provide insights, and review core sales KPIs
  • Work within CRM software and ensure leadership team has visibility into key reporting and activity related to the sales process
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing clients based on their evolving needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proactively assess client health and satisfaction, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions within a reasonable timeframe, escalating larger issues to the leadership team.
  • Conduct monthly/bi-monthly check-ins with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., operations, technology, medical, vendor relations) to ensure their needs are met.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and refine sales materials, presentations, and client success resources.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, email templates, and communication strategies.
  • Analyze sales and client success data to identify trends, best practices, and areas for process improvement.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on both sales and account management —ideally in a healthcare, med spa, wellness, or telemedicine setting.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and retention targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels.
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage priorities independently, and capable of thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with telehealth services or weight loss programs.
  • Knowledge of compliance issues related to GLP-1s, online prescribing, or remote patient monitoring.
  • Experience supporting med spas or wellness startups through launch and expansion phases.
