NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS ONLY - REMOTE CALL CENTER WORK
We are currently supporting a high-volume remote call center project for Marketplace Open Enrollment. We are seeking customer service candidates with call center experience for a 6 month assignment. GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME.
Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls from consumers while following performance standards and privacy guidelines.
- Manage and respond to various inbound and outbound communications.
- Record and track all inquiries using the appropriate systems.
- Assist callers with new healthcare coverage applications, including eligibility reviews and enrollments.
- Support consumers with life event updates, demographic changes, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods.
- Provide requested materials through mail, email, or online download.
- Arrange translation services for callers who require language assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience
- Strong customer service and professional phone etiquette
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have your own Windows-based computer to work from home
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
