Agent Network Developer (India/Australia-based)

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Agent Network Developer based in India. The Agent Network Developer will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new agents, maintaining relationships with existing agents, and ensuring they have the resources and training needed to effectively promote our services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, organizing training sessions, providing ongoing support and updates to agents, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing agent networks, agent onboarding, and maintaining agent relationships
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in educational consultancy or immigration services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
