Role Description The Client Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting clients throughout the benefits and policy lifecycle.
In this position, the representative responds to inquiries, explains products and services, and helps clients understand coverage options and claims processes.
Daily tasks include handling phone, zoom, and electronic communications, maintaining accurate records, and following up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role may involve guiding clients through enrollment, reviewing existing policies, and identifying opportunities to offer additional suitable products. Client Representatives collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training, and align their work with company standards and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain benefits, policies, and processes to diverse clients.
This is a performance based role.
