π About the Role
Weβre looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team π
In this role, youβll assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and ensure smooth IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in IT support, incident management, and problem-solving while building your technical and communication skills π
π Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues π»
- Document incidents and solutions clearly in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including account setup and access permissions
- Maintain IT knowledge base and support documentation
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations π±

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills π
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and help desk tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn π
π Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in technical support or IT projects is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments is advantageous
