Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team ๐Ÿ˜Š

In this role, youโ€™ll assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and ensure smooth IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in IT support, incident management, and problem-solving while building your technical and communication skills ๐Ÿš€

๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues ๐Ÿ’ป
  • Document incidents and solutions clearly in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including account setup and access permissions
  • Maintain IT knowledge base and support documentation
  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations ๐ŸŒฑ

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in technical support or IT projects is a plus
