Remote Travel Agent (Work From Home) — Start ASAP A high-volume employer in the travel & hospitality sector, providing remote customer support and full-service booking solutions for leisure travelers across the United States. We deliver end-to-end reservations, ticketing, and customer care through cloud-based platforms and distributed teams operating on U.S. time zones. Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (phone, email, chat) to book, modify, and cancel travel reservations across flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Use global distribution systems (GDS) and partner booking engines to issue tickets, secure itineraries, and manage fare rules and ticketing endorsements.
  • Process secure payments, refunds, and voucher transactions while following company policies and PCI-compliant procedures.
  • Resolve service issues, escalate complex cases, and maintain accurate customer records in CRM to meet SLA and KPI targets (speed, accuracy, NPS).
  • Collaborate virtually with internal teams (operations, suppliers, and finance) to confirm bookings, handle supplier reissues, and support travel disruptions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fares, promotions, travel advisories, and refund/exchange policies to provide clear guidance to customers.

  • Experience with agency/OTA booking engines or cruise/tour reservation systems
  • Multilingual support (Spanish or Portuguese)

Additional Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. resident or citizen).
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dedicated home workspace.
  • 1+ years of customer service or travel reservations experience preferred; demonstrated track record meeting KPIs.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holiday shifts; able to start ASAP.
  • Willingness to complete background check and standard pre-employment screening.
