We are looking for a Remote Information Entry Coordinator Admin to provide administrative and operational assistance across several departments within our growing organization. Key Responsibilities 1) Administrative Support and Record Management

- Scheduling, Meetings, and Coordination

Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for team members or departments.

Assist with meeting logistics including preparing agendas, sharing documents, and recording meeting notes.

Track action items and follow-up tasks from meetings to ensure accountability.
- Financial and Operational Assistance

Provide support for basic bookkeeping activities such as invoice processing and record updates.

Assist with inventory tracking and order processing where required.

Candidate Requirements
