Remote Administrative Assistant — Travel & Hospitality (Leisure Travel Services) We are hiring for a remote administrative role supporting a fast-growing travel & hospitality team that designs personalized leisure travel packages, group tours, and concierge travel experiences for US customers. The position sits within a remote-first operations function that coordinates client-facing advisors, vendor partners, and finance to deliver seamless end-to-end trips. Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote administrative contact: triage client emails, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate issues to advisors.
- Manage calendars and scheduling for US-based travel advisors and client consultations across time zones.
- Support booking and reservation workflows: prepare itineraries, confirm supplier reservations, and update booking status in the CRM.
- Process invoices and expense records, coordinate with finance on payments, and maintain accurate transaction logs.
- Maintain and audit client records in CRM, generate routine operational reports, and track follow-ups to maximize conversion and retention.
- Create and improve admin templates, SOPs, and file systems to reduce handling time and improve client satisfaction.
