ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and alignment across all projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and strategic partnership.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, brand vision, goals, and challenges.
- Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by managing expectations, resolving issues, and celebrating wins.
Brand & Strategic Leadership
- Guide clients in developing and refining their brand positioning and messaging across digital channels.
- Present and implement integrated brand strategies that align with long-term business objectives.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure all marketing initiatives reflect the brand’s voice, tone, and values.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and market trends to help clients stay ahead and adapt effectively.
Campaign Oversight
- Ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with client goals and brand strategy.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deliverables meet both performance metrics and creative standards.
- Review and interpret key business-level metrics (LTV, CAC, AOV, ROAS) to guide decision-making.
- Provide regular, data-driven performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Manage budgets and ensure all KPIs and timelines are met.
Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (email, media, creative, and web).
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops across all departments.
- Lead client status meetings and provide clear communication on progress and outcomes.
- Support internal process improvement and contribute to team culture and accountability.
Risk Management & Reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks across accounts and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including project timelines, reports, and deliverable tracking.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or brand strategy within a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships based on trust, clarity, and performance.
- Experience developing brand strategies and guiding creative execution for digital-first brands.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, eCommerce operations, and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, you can translate complex ideas into clear insights.
- Comfortable analyzing data and leveraging it to tell compelling brand and performance stories.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable, you handle deadlines, feedback, and curveballs with confidence and positivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bonus: Experience leading and mentoring small teams or cross-functional project groups
