Account Manager

The Role

Dynamic role, main focus on account management and client success:

• Build strong relationships and helping shape strategy for eCom brands
• Help run and manage high-performing ad campaigns
• As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities to take ownership, shape new processes, and even build and lead your own team

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will evolve as the role grows, but will include:

• Regular client communication and reporting through calls, meetings, and updates
• Managing Google Ads strategy and accounts for eCom brands
• Helping with onboarding new clients through strategy, research, and campaign setup
• Preparing, analysing, and delivering data-driven insights and recommendations

Day-to-day

Basically being a trusted partner to the brands we work with:

• Jump on calls with eCom founders and marketing teams to map growth strategies
• Spot opportunities in accounts and translate them into clear next steps
• Help onboard new clients with research, campaign setup, and tracking
• Build and manage high-performing ad campaigns that actually move the needle

Desirable Skills

• Skilled communicator who’s good at building relationships
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles
• Background in eCom, consumer goods, or agency experience
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads (ideally for eCom brands)
• Comfortable with tracking, reporting, and analysis
