This is a contract-based remote role for a Patient Scheduler. The Patient Scheduler will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure all patients receive timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling appointment rescheduling, and providing excellent customer service to address patient inquiries. The role requires effective communication with patients and healthcare teams to manage scheduling needs.
