Revolutionizing Cancer Care: Dignitana Partners with InfuSystem for Enhanced Customer Support


Scalp cooling innovator Dignitana AB has announced the expansion of its partnership with InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. to enhance field service support for The DigniCap Scalp Cooling System in U.S. chemotherapy infusion centers.
As part of the Field Service Agreement, certified InfuSystem Field Specialists will provide biomedical services including:
- Telephone support
- Repair solutions
- Annual preventive maintenance
These services will be conducted both on-site and off-site at one of InfuSystemâs seven service centers. Currently, around 300 infusion centers offer DigniCap scalp cooling to patients undergoing chemotherapy.
