Meet the Designer Who Just Won a Prestigious Customer Service Award in Jersey!

The festive season in Jersey has become even more special as Maha Taher, a Graphic Designer at Snap Design & Digital, has been awarded the Jersey Customer Experience SMILE Pin for her exceptional customer service.

Maha's dedication, positivity, and commitment to delivering excellent service earned her this recognition during the Give Service a Smile campaign, which ran from November 4th to December 15th. This initiative, launched by the Jersey Customer Experience Alliance, aimed to celebrate individuals who go above and beyond to enhance customer experiences.

The campaign encouraged the public to nominate those who exemplify the JCX Alliance’s S.M.I.L.E. Standards:
