Important Changes Coming for Peach Pass Users: What You Need to Know!

Major Upgrades for Peach Pass Users
Peach Pass is rolling out a new app and website, but users should prepare for some disruptions. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming changes and how they might affect your experience.
Customer Service/Account Access Blackout
From December 12 to December 16, Peach Pass customers will not have access to their accounts. During this period, all account information will be transitioned to the new platforms. Here’s what you need to do:
- Ensure you have adequate funds to cover any trips, as fees will still apply.
- Update your contact and email information by December 11 to avoid issues.
Both customer service and phone lines will be suspended during the transfer, and digital platforms, including Peach Pass Plus for airport parking, will be inaccessible.
What Happens After the Transfer?
If you currently use the Peach Pass Go! 2.0 app, it will soon be phased out. After the transition:
- Uninstall the old app and download the new version, simply named Peach Pass Go!, available on app stores starting December 17.
- Your existing username, login, and Peach Pass PIN will remain the same, but if you have multiple accounts, you will need unique logins for each.
Updates for Carpool Users
For carpooling along the I-85 Express and I-85 extension Express lanes, you will no longer be able to declare your non-toll mode. Instead, you must use the Peach Pass Verify Mobile App to access carpooling benefits.
Additional Information
- The automatic account replenishment service will now require a credit or debit card, allowing funds to be loaded based on usage totals, but opting out is possible.
- Payments must bring your account into good standing or exceed a specified threshold.
