The cost of AI video production is substantial. Laramy spends between $400 and $1,070 per long-form video, with each 15-second clip costing about $3 and requiring 10-15 revisions. These expenses are incurred regardless of the video's success.

Initially, Laramy struggled to monetize on Instagram and TikTok, but success came when he shifted to long-form YouTube videos. Longer content held viewers' attention, leading to better recommendations and a ripple effect that boosted his Shorts as well. He emphasizes that access to AI tools isn't the differentiator—what matters is understanding what audiences want and building a consistent process to deliver it.

Laramy's channel now earns significantly more than his previous customer service wage, proving that with creativity and persistence, AI content creation can be a lucrative career.
