Discover the Exciting New Features of Palm Coast Connect: Revolutionizing Customer Service for Residents!

Enhancements to Palm Coast Connect
The City of Palm Coast has made significant improvements to its customer service portal, Palm Coast Connect, with the goal of providing a streamlined and efficient user experience for its nearly 32,000 residents.
New Features Introduced
The latest updates include:
- A status bar to track the progress of cases from inception to completion.
- A comments section for agents and customers to exchange notes during the service period.
- An estimated completion time for all service requests, improving transparency for residents.
Upon resolution of cases, residents will be encouraged to complete satisfaction surveys, allowing the service team to reopen cases if issues remain unresolved.
Community Feedback and Future Goals
Cynthia Schweers, the Palm Coast Customer Service Manager, stated, "We have been listening to our residents... many of which have been heavily requested by members of our community over the years." The city aims to further optimize the customer service experience.
Improved Efficiency
While traditional telephone support is still available, the enhancements to Palm Coast Connect allow customer service representatives to assist customers up to 30% faster. The platform facilitates seamless dispatch for various services, including waste collection, traffic signals, and animal control.
In the last year alone, the customer service department handled over 41,000 cases, and with the new features, they expect to improve efficiency even further in 2025. For more information or to sign up, visit palmcoast.gov/connect.
