Celebrating 18 Years of Dedication: Valeria Williams' Retirement from Enterprise Bank & Trust

A Fond Farewell to Valeria Williams
Lead Teller Valeria Williams is set to retire on December 31 after an impressive 18 years of dedicated service at Enterprise Bank & Trust in Los Alamos and White Rock.

In her own words, Valeria reflected on her time, saying, “My most vivid memory of these years is my customers.” She expressed deep emotional connections with her clients, noting, “I’ve grown so close to them and even cry when they pass away.” Valeria emphasized that she will miss her customers and colleagues, who have been incredibly supportive.
Liddie Martinez, President of the Los Alamos Region, praised Valeria, stating, “Valeria will be missed by both her colleagues and her customers.” She has consistently exemplified impeccable customer service, and her smile and can-do attitude will be greatly missed.
Santana Lopez, the White Rock Branch Manager, described Valeria as a great role model and encouraged customers to visit before she retires. She noted, “Val Williams has brought a loving and caring touch to the bank,” highlighting how the community appreciates her attentiveness to their needs.
Valeria's husband, retired Los Alamos Police Detective DeWayne Williams, shared his pride in her career and acknowledged the strong relationships she has built with customers. He remarked on her dedication, even while raising their two boys and facing medical challenges.
Valeria began her career in 2006 as a Call Center Representative before transitioning through various roles, including Loan Servicing and Financial Service Representative. As the Lead Teller, she handled a range of banking tasks, from processing transactions to assisting with safe deposit boxes.
Looking ahead to her retirement, Valeria is excited about traveling with her husband and spending time with their children and grandchildren, while continuing to reside in their community.
