I just wanted to give a quick shout-out of thanks to Security Bank USA in Bemidji and Anne Kehoe for the help they provided when my bank account was hacked. They handled the matter in a quick and professional manner.
I went in there feeling very ashamed that I was taken advantage of and walked out knowing that they were doing everything in their power to resolve the issue. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference during a stressful time.
