We’re a fast growing online coaching and training business led by Australia’s leading female Business Coach and LinkedIn expert for Coaches, Consultants and Corporate Trainers in the Executive, Leadership and Careers space.
We help our clients to launch and grow a thriving business and attract premium level clients using LinkedIn.
Now, we’re on the look out for our next team member to support our own next level of business growth!
To be real with you, this is not a passive admin role.
This is a dynamic, multi hat wearing gig: part operations, part client success, part marketing support.
You’ll be the right-hand person to the founder and a key touchpoint for our community of awesome service based business owner clients and our corporate partners/clients.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
✅ Love working remotely, autonomously and taking ownership: You don’t wait to be told what to do, you see what needs doing and just make it happen.
✅ Have experience in digital marketing/online business management (it's great if you already know tools and platforms like Kartra, Notion, LinkedIn).
✅ Communicate clearly and warmly, written and spoken and enjoy interacting with clients (mostly via email and online over zoom).
✅ Are detail-oriented but able to keep momentum moving forward even with multiple projects on the go
✅ Light up when systems are automated and streamlined, projects are on track, and clients are well looked after.
✅ Love adopting new AI tools within your work to fast track efficiency.
Here’s a bit of what your day to day in the role includes:
- Managing calendars, inboxes, client correspondence and meetings on behalf of the founder.
- Tracking projects in Notion, keeping workflows humming and building solid systems.
- Supporting clients: tracking milestones, managing our CRM, joining live trainings/online events as needed, managing upcoming online training events and client resources.
- Scheduling and Managing our LinkedIn + YouTube + Email content calendars and channels, coordinate end to end marketing campaigns (graphic design skills are a bonus).
- Coordinating with other team members and freelancers to ensure projects are always on track.
The Quick Facts:
- Online business admin experience is a must.
- Strong written + verbal communication skills is expected.
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable: you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within Australian East Coast hours (AEST).
- This is an Independent Contractor position starting part-time (10-20 hours per week with potential to grow).
- Remuneration will be transparently discussed through the shortlisting process.
