What will you do?
As a Support Agent, you will:
- Manage and process supplier invoices using internal systems.
- Assist suppliers with invoice-related questions and discrepancies.
- Communicate with suppliers via incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Analyse cases, identify potential issues, and determine when escalation is necessary.
- Coordinate with relevant teams when further support or clarification is required.
- Follow cases through to resolution, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions and case updates.
What are we looking for?
- Professional Dutch proficiency (C2), both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
- A proactive and autonomous approach to work.
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage cases from start to finish.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What does the employer offer?
- Salary: €1,284 gross per month, plus an €80 gross monthly complexity bonus
- Meal allowance: €160 net per month, based on 21 working days, provided via meal card.
- Remote work: Work remotely from mainland Portugal, provided you have a stable wired internet connection.
- Relocators - Accommodation: Optional private room in a shared apartment, with all bills included (around €280/month)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
- Start date: 5 November or 9 November 2026.

Where can you work from?
- Already living in Portugal? Work remotely from mainland Portugal, provided you meet the internet connection requirements.
- Relocating to Portugal? You can benefit from the company's accommodation option. During your first month, you will need to stay at the company's apartment in Lisbon while your documentation is being arranged. You may relocate elsewhere afterwards, subject to the remote-work requirements.
