Technical Business Analyst - Cloud Security - Contract

World Wide Technology EMEA. has an opportunity available for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong cybersecurity domain expertise to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform capabilities.

The role bridges business needs and technical delivery by working closely with engineering, cloud, and security stakeholders to define requirements, drive agile delivery, and ensure high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders including Architects, Cloud & Container Engineers, Capability Leads, and Control Owners to document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring sufficient technical detail for engineering execution.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and delivered solutions.
• Partner with CNAPP engineering, Cloud Services, Containers, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Provide subject matter guidance to stakeholders new to CNAPP, supporting them in articulating and refining their requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, design discussions, and solution demos to validate approaches and secure stakeholder buy-in and sign-off.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and support validation to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Map and document system integrations and APIs, including CNAPP components and enterprise systems (e.g., reporting platforms, data lakes).
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Specialist within cybersecurity or security/compliance platforms (SaaS and/or on-premises).
• Hands-on knowledge of security domains such as vulnerability management, configuration baselines, compliance monitoring, and asset inventory (e.g., CNAPP, CSPM, ASPM).
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing epics, features, and user stories.
• Solid understanding of API integrations, microservices architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
